P3 POLYMERS

P3 POLYMERS / PRIVACY

Clear about what we collect.
Careful with what you share.

This policy explains how P3 Polymers LLC handles information submitted through this website and the limited anonymous activity data used to understand its technical resources.

01 / INFORMATION COLLECTED

Information you choose to provide.

When you contact P3, request design assistance or request a quote, we may collect your name, business email address, telephone number, company, project name and location, the subject and content of your request, and any plans, specifications, drawings, spreadsheets, archives or other files you attach.

To protect the inquiry forms from abuse, the site temporarily processes your IP address and stores a one-way, date-specific hash rather than the address itself. P3 uses that identifier only to limit repeated submissions from the same connection.

Please submit only information relevant to the project or question. Do not upload sensitive personal information, payment-card information, medical information, passwords or confidential information that P3 has not asked to receive.

02 / HOW INFORMATION IS USED

For the request and the work behind it.

P3 uses submitted information to respond to inquiries; evaluate, estimate and support projects; coordinate technical or commercial follow-up; maintain project and quality records; protect the website and its users; and meet applicable legal, contractual and recordkeeping obligations.

Submitting a form does not create an engineering, commercial or contractual relationship. Project-specific obligations arise only through the applicable agreements and controlled project documents.

03 / SERVICE PROVIDERS

Limited access for operating the site.

P3 may share information with employees and service providers that need it to operate the website, deliver and store submissions, send email, provide hosting and security, or support the requested project work. These providers process information for those purposes and may maintain systems in the United States or other locations where they operate.

P3 may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. P3 does not sell information submitted through this website.

04 / SITE MEASUREMENT

Anonymous document-use statistics.

When a visitor opens a public document link, the site records the document, the page where the link was selected, the time and an anonymous identifier kept only for that browser session. This allows P3 to see which specifications, drawings and field resources are useful.

The document tracker does not store the visitor’s name, email address or IP address, and its session identifier is not retained in the browser after the browsing session ends. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, including IP addresses and device information, to deliver and protect the site.

05 / RETENTION + SECURITY

Keep what is needed. Restrict who can reach it.

P3 retains inquiries and project files for as long as reasonably needed to respond, support the project, maintain appropriate business and quality records, resolve disputes and satisfy legal or contractual requirements. Anonymous download records may be retained to compare resource use over time.

Website submissions are available through a restricted staff area. P3 uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

06 / YOUR CHOICES

Questions, corrections or deletion requests.

You may ask P3 about information you submitted through the website, request a correction, or request deletion when the information is no longer required for a project, business record or legal obligation. P3 may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Contact Info@P3Polymersllc.com. If this policy changes materially, P3 will update the effective date shown on this page.
