P3 is a wastewater infrastructure company built around one unusually durable material—and the discipline to manufacture it well.
01 / ABOUT P3 POLYMERS
P3 Polymers was founded in 2013 by Dan Jones, a Longhorn rancher and serial entrepreneur searching for a better material for pasture fence posts. That search led him to polymer concrete—and to the realization that an exceptionally durable material remained significantly underused in construction.
In 2016, P3 began producing polymer concrete manholes. During the decade since, we have delivered projects to more than 20 states, with every structure produced at our manufacturing facility in Washington, Indiana.
Wastewater infrastructure remains our core focus because it is an application where polymer concrete can solve difficult and expensive problems. But our ambition extends beyond the structures we manufacture. We believe the construction industry has only begun to recognize what polymer concrete can do. Through the Polymer Concrete Innovation Center, we work to deepen understanding of the material, advance its technology and encourage its responsible use in new applications.

Good chemistry is only the beginning. The finished structure also depends on geometry, reinforcement, penetrations, joints, lifting, logistics and installation. P3 connects those decisions instead of handing them from one supplier to the next.
04 / MANUFACTURING + QUALITY
Certification confirms the system. Product requirements, inspection and test records establish whether the structure meets the project documents.

Mold geometry, reinforcement, penetrations, lifting points and embedded components are verified before placement.
Documented batching, mixing, placement and cure requirements govern each production run.
Dimensions, joint faces, connectors, visible condition and required results are confirmed.
Component identity connects the delivered structure to its production and inspection documentation.
We advise contractors through handling, installation, connections and field questions—all the way to project completion.
