Wastewater infrastructure is easy to price and expensive to interrupt. P3 replaces corrosion-susceptible Portland cement concrete with a dense polymer matrix throughout the structural section.
Warranty scope, remedies, exclusions and third-party components are governed by P3’s issued written warranty.
01 / THE OWNER'S EXPOSURE
Initial price is visible. The future work it creates is not. Inspection, bypass, traffic control, surface preparation, confined-space access and rehabilitation arrive later, often under worse conditions and a different budget.
“How long will it last?” is incomplete. Ask what must remain intact for it to last, and what the owner must do when it does not.

A coating separates the cement matrix from exposure. Performance now depends on preparation, application, continuity and adhesion.
Fiberglass resists corrosion, but brings a less familiar installation system, damage sensitivity and substantial anti-flotation requirements.
The corrosion-resistant polymer matrix extends throughout the structural section. There is no cement matrix behind a coating to protect.
03 / TEST THE LIFECYCLE CASE
Select the project conditions that are genuinely difficult. This is not a cost calculator. It is a way to expose the consequences that first-price comparisons leave out.
04 / WHAT TO REQUIRE
Define the binder, aggregate, reinforcement and qualification requirements. “Corrosion resistant” is not a material specification.
Open the standard specification →Connect properties to named test methods, acceptance criteria and manufacturing records. A claim without a method is advertising.
Review the technical library →Evaluate joints, penetrations, loading, buoyancy and installation alongside the material. Durable infrastructure is more than a material test.
